Refund policy

At Vertiflow, we aim to provide a simple, clear, and hassle-free return and exchange experience. This policy applies to all purchases made through vertiflow.in.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days (1 week) from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after the return period may not be accepted.

2. Package Acceptance Policy

Please do not accept the package if:

  • The seal is broken
  • Packaging appears tampered with
  • Product appears visibly damaged during delivery

In such situations, customers should immediately notify Vertiflow support.

3. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging, labels, and tags intact
  • Not be damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

Products will not be eligible if:

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Returned without original tags/packaging
  • Requested after the return period
  • Purchased under sale, promotional, or clearance categories

4. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product

If the customer receives:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

The customer may request:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund to original payment method, or
  • Store credit equivalent to the product value

All such requests are subject to verification and quality inspection by Vertiflow.

5. “Didn’t Like It” / Change of Mind Returns

If a customer simply does not like a product, changes their mind, or finds the product unsuitable:

  • Cash refunds will not be provided
  • Replacement will not be provided
  • Only store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued

Store credits may be used for future purchases on Vertiflow.

6. Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Minor variation in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or display differences.

Such differences shall not be considered product defects and are not valid grounds for refund or replacement.

8. Quality Check & Processing Timeline

Once the returned item is received, Vertiflow will conduct a quality inspection.

After successful quality verification:

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 3–4 working days
  • Store credit will be issued
  • Approved replacements (defective item cases only) will be initiated

9. Refund Exclusions

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • Product is used, washed, damaged, or altered by customer
  • Return conditions are violated
  • Wrong/incomplete item is shipped by customer
  • Product is returned without tags or packaging
  • Return request exceeds policy timelines

10. Non-Refundable Charges

Any shipping, logistics, convenience, or delivery charges paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
