1. Delivery Coverage
Vertiflow provides PAN India delivery across all serviceable pin codes in India.
Customers are requested to ensure that the correct shipping address and delivery location are selected under the “Shipping To” section at the time of checkout. Vertiflow shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
We work with reputed logistics and courier partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery of all orders.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable based on factors including delivery location, order weight, order value, and courier service availability.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
All confirmed prepaid orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours of successful order placement, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
While we strive to process all orders promptly, dispatch timelines may vary during festivals, sales periods, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
- Other Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on courier partner operations, regional accessibility, weather conditions, government restrictions, or service disruptions.
Vertiflow shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5. Payment Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)
Vertiflow accepts prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on any order.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Important: Any logistics, shipping, convenience, or delivery charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, returns, refused deliveries, or undelivered shipments.
7. Package Acceptance Guidelines
Customers are advised not to accept packages if the packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or if the seal is broken.
If a package appears tampered with, please immediately contact Vertiflow support.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Customer unavailable after repeated delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept shipment (except damaged/tampered packages)
Vertiflow reserves the right to deduct shipping and logistics expenses.
